it says CANNOT FIND C:\WINDOWS\retadpu1000137.exe
and its in a command prompt screen! and the title of the command prompt screen says C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe

RETADPU1000272.EXE has been determined by the Prevx database as Bad. Therefore this file is unsafe to run and should be removed using Prevx.

This is very serious malware. You need to download anti-spyware and update it. Then run a scan. AVG free from http://free.grisoft.com is a good choice. Update your anti-virus and scan with that, or again download the AVG from the same site.

retadpu1000137.exe is spyware. More than likely whatever spyware/virus protection didn't do a good enough job of cleaning out your system and there are still references to this file.
Download ad aware and spybot search and destroy, run both of those and it should clear everything out.

i suggest you put in the install disk and hit repair
or if you dont have the install disk try starting up in safe mode
