Bug bite on arm?

I woke up this morning to find an itchy slightly raised bump on my arm, about just slightly less than the size of a dime. its redish and itchy, yet i think its some kind of spider bite and not a mosquito bite. i say that becuz ive had spider bites before. and i just wanna know if it is a spider bite, is it normal for it to be kinda red and slightly raised/puffed.

TAKE BENADRYL AND PUT SOME 1% HYDROCORTISONE CREAM ON IT.

Yeah, it sounds like a spider bite to me, too. And the puffy/raised part is normal, too. Either that or you have a tumor. J/K
