genuinity of migration consultant?

hi ,
can anybody please help me yto find out how to check the genuinity of migration consultant .
I am planning to migrate to australia with the help of one EZY CONSULTANTS ,can anybody please help me check the genuinity of that organisation.
Also some advice about migration to australia would be appriciated?

I looked them up on the online Australian Business Register - and looks like they have only been in business for 11 months.
I wouldn't trust them - I've seen the word 'Australia' spelled wrong a few times on their website ! If they can't get that word right how can they do their job right?

The place to start is the Department of Immigration and Citizenship at http://www.immi.gov.au
They have all the information you need plus all the forms you need. Read what they have to say and consider a migration consultant only if you have real difficulty. Migration consultants use the same information and forms available to you from the Department and charge you for what they get free of charge.

There are charges involved with migration but these are standard and the fees go to the Government. Migration consultants will add their own charges to the standard charges.

K bear has a good answer. Good immigration consultants will generally have legal qualifications, preferably in Australia. Ask the Australian consulate near your home for advice on immigration. They will put you onto material which is more comprehensive and accurate that you are likely to get here. Australian consulates are listed on the web, search "Australian consulates".
