This morning I coughed up my first tonsil stone while brushing the back of my tongue. At first I thought it was some sort of weird aftermath from the Hi-Chew candy I had been eating (A Japanese candy similar to Starbursts, but more soft and gummy in texture), but it was indeed a tonsil stone.

Should I be concerned? Am I in some sort of health trouble if I have a tonsil stone at the age of 20?

the main basic surgical technique technique is tonsillectomy that could efficiently treatment the tonsilloliths. The laser will re-shape the tonsil, i.e., burn the caverns of tonsils to fill up the wallet of tonsils the place the debris is often gathered at. as quickly because it is fastened, you will no longer liable to have tonsil stones returned. My ordinary advice is which you to make sure and heavily stick to the stairs & strategies specified in "Banish tonsil stones" via Diane puttman
