Without more info, that would be hard to answer. But I'll try. Is he locked away in a different part of the house or outside where he cant directly greet you? is he an apartment dog that may need to go to the bathroom, REALLY BADLY, when you wake up?
You know how that feels dont you? Have you in the past made it a habit of getting the dog worked up with a boisterous greeting and then stopped doing that? Animals get used to a routine and sometimes have a hard time changing.
You can try to counteract this noisiness by being very calm while interacting with him, dont talk alot, dont rough house. Go about your routine, AFTER WALKING HIM TO RELIEVE HIMSELF IF HE'S AN INSIDE DOG. The key is to encourage him to CHILL. Reward him if he gets calmed down. You can also try to teach him, "SHH - quiet." and hold his muzzle closed, dont be rough and dont GRAB him hard, you're not trying to inflict pain. He'll get it after a while, when he's quiet, you can use a treat as a reward when he sits and is quiet. Do this CONSISTENTLY everyday. This should work.
Remember, dogs are great mimics and pick up their owner's energy. Be calm - get calm.
Then after he's chilled, take him outside to play. And remember, pits, especially when they are young can be very energetic. By nature they are dogs that love to be close to their owners as much as possible.

What type of noise?
Dogs, like humans, usually have to use the bathroom as soon as they get up in the morning. So it's possible he's trying to tell you to let him outside! Or he may be hungry and is making noises so you feed him. Depending on his age, he may make noises to get you to play with him. This is especially true if he is young and full of energy. If he is older, though, his noises are the equivalent to noises some older people make (moans and groans). If this is the case, try to make him more comfortable in his old age. Other than that, let him out, feed him and play with him!

Take her out for a pee first thing.. Oh yeah and quit asking this same question over and over again.. It's likely that you are boring your puppy and she just wants to get out of the house for a while..
