According to the authorised & athenticate vedic scriptures religion is one which links a lost person with the Supreme God.Any religion which teaches about the relinking with the God is a true religion others are just cheating in the name of God.
Religion is practice to understand the self,Supreme God & their relationship.

Religion in my opinion is which makes a human being understand the life and teach him the lesson that life is in following the path of truth and honesty but we indulge in bad deeds.

Everyone has a religion, deal with it. Weather you believe in a god, believe in some higher being guy, or sum dude who meditated to heaven or spongebob, or deny higher beings and that bullshit, you still have a religion. It doesn't matter if you don't have a god, atheism is still a religion, so there aint so running away dumbasses hahaha.

I believe it is believing in something greater and perfect in all things. Something to live for and a life after death. Also companionship with others with the same religion and beliefs in the Bible.Something to have hope for.I am a Christin but not a member of a religion.Excellent Questions.Thank you
