Don't know how old you are (and yes, it makes a difference), but
1) Never do anything because you're friends have done it and say you should. This is a decision you need to make based on your own readiness.
2) There is no "probably" about the condoms. USE THEM. And use them correctly. Condoms are very effective for both birth control and disease protection, but only if they are used correctly.

This is serious dilemma, and one that you should speak with someone who really loves you, like a sister, if not your own mother.
If you are too young, you should wait until you're older. If he really "loves" you, he will wait and understand.
Condoms are not 100% safe against pregnancy, or worse STD. If you are too young to risk having a baby, then don't make a huge mistake, you will regret later. A pregnacy is not a game, you put at risk, yourself, a baby, your parents, and would he be a responsible father????
Those that have told you that sex is fun, don't care about you. When you experience sex for the first time, it can be quite painful. Unfortunately, being a virgin and waiting for marriage is not appreciated or respected.
If you were sure, of being "ready" for this "big step" you would not be asking for advice from strangers.
I hope you are absolutely sure, because once you do, a girl has alot more to lose, than the guy.
Don't do it if you feel pressured by him, or others.
Take care and always be true to yourself.

You're fickled girl...you just posted another question where you say you can't decide between two guys. You're in lust, not love. Save yourself. Respect yourself. He/they only want you for sex right now. Maybe you want them for the same reason..but if you 'are careful and probably use condoms'..you have NO idea what the consequences might be..are you ready to accept them? Can you take care of a baby? You have your whole life ahead of you..don't be an easy mark for some guy. Date, but don't commit to any guy right now, since you're not even sure what you want. If you have to ask the question...you're too young, even at 22. It won't be 'fun' if the condom breaks and he dumps you! He'll tell you ANYthing to get you in the sack..and tell HIS friends like your friends have told you? Do you want to be talked about like that? I think not...have some morals. Wait until you're truly ready for a committed relationship and marriage.

No. Bad idea.Don't worry about what your friends do or have done.Be concerned with yourself and what you feel is right.
You sound far too young to me.
Wait till you're ready for marriage or a strong relationship. You won't regret it.
Think about how your parents would feel if they knew what your intentions are.
Don't do something you'll regret later and can't take back. You'll have to live with yourself for a long time.
Be wise and wait for the right time.

If you are asking a bunch of strangers then you are not ready. And there is no "probably" when it comes to safe sex. Don't do something just cause your friends are doing it. When the time is right for you, you'll know. You won't have to ask anybody.

No, who cares if your friends do it. Thats their problem. If u love him and he loves you then he'll understand if you don't want to, not now at least. Wait till ur older, u have ur whole life ahead of you. Condoms and birthcontroll to make the risks smaller, but they can't prevent sexually transmitted diseases or pregnacy for 100%. U don't want to get sick or have a kid for life do u? i mean, then u wouldn't be able to do so many of the things that you could do. so in short, my advice is to wait and do it when your older.

You may not be very ready for sex if you say probably use condems, use every protection you can, the std's you come in contact with will affect your health and your ability to have children when you reach those times in your life. Start now always use protection (condems)

Its only up to you to make that decision, if your young i highly doubt your boyfriend loves you, just has strong feelings about you. Alot of times men will say that just to get into your pants, so make sure that he isn't that type of guy first! Also don't listen to what your friends say, peer pressure sucks, I know first hand! Also please don't be doing it, just so that you can fit in, and be cool, cause when you get older you will regret it! I know I'm 20 years old and I have a baby!

Start with masturbation. Get to know your body and what your needs are sexually before you get a co-pilot. Make sure that your decision doesn't become front page news, too. Can you trust the guy?

If you have to ask on here, then NO your NOT ready for SEX.
You should wait,. and if your BF really, really LOVES you, he will respect your wish, and will wait.
Cause once it's gone, its gone for good. which right now don't sound like such a BIG thing, but it is!
