The first one is asking why you think you would be a good fit for this company, what can you offer to us, and why should we give you the job instead of someone else?

The second is asking what you consider to be the best workplace or what do you think would make you work at your top capacity. Are you a team player, do cubicles bother you, do you work for acclaim or for pay raises, can you join a meeting and give input, or do you prefer to be given a task and left to run with it?

I compare "assets" to "worth", Company's are always looking to gain more money, so what quality do you have that will add to the company's value.
"working environment" this is literal so it's not just a place where you work, but a place that is succesful, as in it moves forward without kinks or things that make it break down, so ask yourself first of all do you really want to work for that company, then ask yourself, howdo you imagine is the perfect and orderly setting where your working gears are smooth and well oiled.
