No he is NOT okay. You know this.
Get him to a good vet asap. Talk to the breeder to see if the litter mates are also sick.

3 weeks and hasn't opened his eyes, shakes like he is cold, Sounds to me like there is something wrong with him.. Do you have his mom? Is she taking care of him?
Regardless you shouldn't even have this puppy, whether or not you bred your dog and it's her puppy or you got it somewhere.. You obviously aren't capable of caring for a puppy.. You should take the puppy to the vet.. Maybe they can find someone to foster the puppy and care for him properly.

If the puppy is 3 weeks old, it should still be with the mother and other pups from the litter. I am waiting for a puppy, but I will not take it until it is 9 to 10 weeks old. 6 to 7 weeks is when they start to learn important things/social skills from its mother. Please people, don't take pups away so soon.
Please take your pup to the vet immediately.

Ok, forget the puppy because chances are he is not going to make it, my question is, what are you doing with a 3 week old puppy away from its mother? Did you get this from a breeder? Please, email me the breeders phone number, I don't care where it is, I would like to tell them how f*cking stupid they are. As for you, next time you get a puppy, remember not to get a puppy before they are 8 weeks old

most puppies have their eyes open by day 10. i would have ur pup examined by a vet to see if the eyes may be underdeveloped, or if they need help opening...also to see if the shaking is normal or a sign of illness...if u value ur pups life, invest in a trip to the vet.

I also have 3 week old puppies (poddles)...they opened their eyes at week 2...at week 3 they are walking...taking small steps and then falling.
You might have some problems with your puppies...seek a vet.

NO HE IS NOT OK!!!! GO IMMEDIATELY TO THE VET!!! GET OFF OF HERE AND GO GO GO....SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY WRONG... nobody here will be able to help you... you need to go now....that pup should still be with mommy... what happened to mom?? and why do you have that pup?? 8 weeks is the minimum you should take away the pups!!

most puppies are not suppossed to be taken from their mother until they are at least 6-7weeks old and they are weaned from mother and yes they probably are cold try wrapping them in a little blanket

if you expect him to be okay he should be with mom abd are you sure he is 3 weeks because his eyes should already be opened, we need more info.

I hope you have mom??? Puppies at this age must be with mom.
His eyes will start to open soon.
