most of traditional muslim do it before mature age(age when he took responsible for all sins and rewards) which is 15 years old

Since Islam believes in the Abrahamic Covenant, then yes, they circumcise their male children. (don't know at what age though.)

yes, the male muslims must be circumcised. and some of the girls also do. the boys get circumcised some time before they reach their puberty. and the girls were circumcised when they were still babies. its for the sake of health.

Yes, baby boys should be circumcised. From what I think (and have seen in my family), it should be done as soon as possible because if the boy is older, it might hurt more.
