Maybe you have arthritis or carpel tunnel (sp?) The same thing happens to me in both wrists and ankles, and I'm in my early twenties!! I use to think it was a strained tendon (which could always be a possibility) but if it never goes away, then I think the other two are way more likely!

It could be just a sprain or it could be carpel tunnel. Go to walgreen's and pick up some wrist braces and wear them at night and see if that helps.

you could have sprianed it. I did that to my wrist, but the pain comes and goes. is it bruised or swollen? If the pain continues, I would check with the hospital just in case.

if "when i use it a lot" means you write a lot, than its just writers cramp. everyone gets it. dont worry. when you get it, take a break from writing for like 20 seconds then just continue writing

you should ask your doctor you could have pop-ed it out of place or some thing or you could have tendinitis (its nothing horible) just rest it and if it still hurts you should definatly go to the doctor

you probably got injured and it became cronic, ice it when it gets hurt.
