My back is not only muscle there is also fat in my back not just my lower back but my upper back as well stores fat.Ingeneral back muscles take more space and width.So my back looks wider than my legs i want my legs to be wider and bigger than my back.I am a litle bit over weight im 242LB and 6,1.5ft.Im worried to lose weight coz i dont wana lose my leg and arm size.I want my leg muscles to be larger than my upper body like a soccer player but at the same time have chests arms sholders and traps but a thin slim back.I wana look like a big muscular soccer player from Argentina.What to do inorder to look this way?
