First this is a general answer. 1. Follow your doctors advice. 2. Do what you can, when it starts to hurt or uncomfortable rest. 3. Don't overdue NOR UNDER DUE. Inactivity can be just as detrimental as too much.
Be honest with yourself of how much and what you can really do. Maybe split the work up, you do the easier and none reaching stuff and he do the rest. Also it might help if you accompany him and help. Like when making the bed you get on one side and help spread the sheets/covers and let him tuck them in.

Your husband wants you to start moving and get well. Listen to him.You could go to therapy and pay someone a lot of money to tell you this. most therapy consists of movement and exercise. take an aspirin or somethig like that and do as much as you can. you may even forget about the whiplash. If you don't enjoy life, ypu will lose it. If the pain is unbearable, you won't be able to move.

Tell your hubby he is SOL!!! What kind of guy is that who would even ask you knowing you have severe whiplash????!!! Perhaps while you are resting your neck, you should check into a good couple of divorce lawyers....Feel better!!!

I understand whip lash. I too had that, after a car accident.
It is very painful. I sympathize.
I know that the best thing for you is to do what you can.
Do not exert yourself. Try to do a few things but, explain to the hubby that he has no idea how painful this is!!!
Hope you get feeling better SOON! :)

I would probably take a frying pan to his head, making sure to hit hard enough so it whips backwards and then when he looks at you and asks what you did that for.. tell him that you expect him to clean the house by himself

What did your doctor say? What hubby wants isnt as important as your health. He needs to grow up and get a clue.

Tell him your Doctor said you couldn't,and if you did that you wouldn't be able to cook his favorite meal.!!! Tell him dust will hang around and wait for as long as it takes and some spider webs are really pretty. seriously he shouldn't expect you too.

I wouldnt even think to do that to my wife. Thats cold. I would do what I can, and let you figure out how much you can help, if at all, right now.

Not if you don't want to. If you are in too much pain, I wouldn't. And if he is being insistent... tell him where to put the broom. =)
