yes. first off your caloric intake is way too low. the nazis gave jewish prisoners more food than you're eating. unless you weigh 85 pounds...there's nothing healthy about starvation. based on metabolic rate and weight, the average woman needs 10 calories per pound of body weight per day for a healthy amount of calories. so for a 115 pound woman, she would need at least 1150 calories a day for a healthy, weight maintaining diet. so unless you weigh 65-85 pounds, your calorie intake is starving your body and that will not help you loose fat (if that is your goal) as it kills your metabolic rate. i know it seems counter intuitive, but it's true...eating too little or not often enough makes your body not work as hard to burn calories as it should which makes fat loss much harder.
and also you can get sick because fresh produce (what is typically considered healthy) is where over 80% of people get various types of food poisoning.
try upping the calories and have 5-6 small meals instead of 3 large ones to keep your metabolism in high gear instead of sending your body into starvation mode that prevents you from burning calories efficiently. and eat frozen produce as it was frozen at peak freshness and has the nutrient levels maxed out while bacteria and other organism cannot survive at such low temperatures.
plus, don't forget that a balanced diet is the healthiest diet. that means a balance of foods with protein, fiber, nutrients, and yes, fats.
see my source, it will really help.

Yes because you are not taking in enough calories to maintain what an average healthy body needs to burn on a daily basis doing normal functions.
As you keep dipping into your reserves this in turn in going to tax your immune system where you will be far more open to an infections and illnesses that come your way and will have a much harder time beating them once you get sick.
I don't know your weight but the heathy eating sounds great just eat a little more than those calories - at least 2,000 a day with moderate activity. If you feel healthy and don't get sick, you'll look better, too!

Most people need more calories in their diet (a normal minimum is sometimes around 1,500 - 2,000) depending on weight. It's great that you eat healthy but you are not treating your body in a healthy way by not eating enough. If you are struggling with an eating disorder realize that this is a mental disease and treat it that way instead of with food, or lack there of. Honestly, when you eat less you are going to burn less calories... to keep your metabolism up you have to eat more small meals through the day. That is the healthiest way to get enough calories but to not overeat! And the best way to lose weight is not to cut food but to add exercise - even just walking or some sort of fun activity for cardio!

Sounds like a good plan to me, but be certain for your energy. Even the leanest pork is 250 energy for a 4 ozserving (no fats used in cooking) and most fruits run a hundred calories. In case your weight isn't falling off speedy adequate, shrink on fruit (carbs). You'll no longer stop dropping from consuming too few energy. The very purpose of gastric skip is to restrict energy to 500 per day and patients lose particularly rapid. Excellent job, excellent plan!

Dear Lord yes! 650-850 kcal is just way too low no matter what its made of!
When you don't get enough calories from food your body goes into starvation mode:
Your metabolism slows down to preserve energy
Your Body stores and hordes body fat (an energy source) as a survival mechanism
Your Body attacks and breaks down your muscle tissue to get more energy
With less muscle your metabolism plummets and the cycle starts all over
Also w/o muscle your support structure is faulty and you can get injuried easier.

Remember - your body is a machine and you have to put enough fuel in it for it to run. Would you put only a half tank of gas in your car when in reality you needed a whole tank to get to where you were going?
You body needs a certain amount of calories just to run. Did you know that you actually burn calories when you eat? Check w/ a doctor or a professional who can tell you what you need for your height, age, and so on.
You can get sick, and not just a little cold. You need to keep your organs healthy.

You need to eat at least 1200 calories each day for your bodies organs to function correctly. If you dont eat that much than your body will go into starvation mode. Your body will start eating its own muscles and tissue in order to survive. The worst thing is that once you start eating normally again, your body will retain everything you eat because it is afraid that you will go back into starvation mode.

You are getting sick because you are using more calories than you are eating. You should not get less than 1200 to 1800 calories per day. You are doing more than enough exercise to use the calories. Your body will eventually stop burning fat because it believes it is starving.

you certainly can, the body needs a bit more than that just to maintain metabolism. A strict diet would be around 1000 calories and should be done with a doctor's supervision.
