I also sometimes see floaters in my side vision like a spark but when i look it goes away. And i have heaviness in my body. I have been to 3 different doctors and they are all convinced that it is caused by my sever anxiety and depression disorder. But i am on the medicine and the symptoms come and go. Should i be worried? Please i dont want to die. My doctor has told me to stay off medical sites because i am constently on them looking things up. What should i do?

Your symptoms all point to the idea that the meds you are taking don't agree with you.

When I was 19 I was prescribed a rather powerful pain reliever after surgery. I had spots in my vision and felt very lethargic, I even woke the entire house up screaming from the only hallucination I have ever had.

If I was you I would refuse to take what ever meds your doctor has you on and if he/she is unwilling to help you find something else then I would look for another doctor or find some alternative method for treating your depression/anxiety.

See a councilor who might be more willing to talk you through your anxiety problem versus pills to negate the effects of what ever the true cause is.

Not being a doctor or any other health professional. I prescribe that you come up with an activity that you find relaxing and make it a hobby of sorts. Even if that activity is just sitting at the window drink a pipping hot cup of green tea, or something like learning jujitsu, or auditioning for a musical (My mother just got a part in a musical it was so out of left field that our entire family is still surprised).

I wish you the best of luck, What ever you do relax and enjoy life.

I think you should listen to your doctor. Even if you had a brain tumor, none of us here would be able to diagnose it! Try to relax, and let your medication do it's job. In the mean time, get out of the house, and get some exercise. It will help with the depression, and keep you from surfing the net, looking for diseases that fit your symptoms. Good luck!

You are young so I would say no brain tumor, anxiety and depression can play strange tricks on your mind and body, first I would get another medical checkup from a family doctor, always get a second opinion, and to me it seems as if your meds are not working right, I would get a second opinion from another psychiatrist, its trial and error to find the right combination of meds, but when you do you will feel much better, and good counseling to find out what is causing all this depression and anxiety, good luck and God Bless I will pray for you.

These web sites have a purpose, to educate people, but they're no substitute for a doctor's education , training and experience. Don't try to diagnose yourself.
Look them up if you want to know what a term means, what a medication is for, but quit there.
An Upset stomach could mean anything from a bad match of milk and hot dogs with onions, or stomach cancer. Why fear the worst?

Are you eating well? Are you exercising? Are you taking any alcohol or medication? Is there stress in your life? I do agree that medical sites can be erroneous and make one worry more . Your symptoms are so general it is impossible to say. Best wishes for better days.

First I would stop looking at the websites, people have a tendency to see symptoms and convince themselves hey have what it is describing. Talk to your doctor about your concerns.

You should listen to you doctor and not look for medical help on a public question site! If you don't trust your doctor get a new one and don't be a hypochondriac.
