the walking is a great start, but you need carbs for proper metabolism. If you cut back that severely you will likely develop gall stones and end up losing your gall bladder. Better to eat a balanced diet and just track your calories, because ultimately it's the calories that pack on the weight.
Cut your calories to 1200 a day, and walk that much and you could lose 100 hundred pounds in a year. And that isn't all that long considering you have been gaining that weight all your life.

Probably Not. Of course at your weight you lose quite a lot every day. Water, etc. But realistically you are far into the morbidly obese category and should know by now that there are exactly two things you have to do (and of course many more to make those two happen):
1. Restrict your calories
2. Exercize more
Both have to be done in a sustainable way. The trick is figuring out how to make them both "easy" enough to allow you to do it. If you had much discipline, you wouldn't be where you are so you need to radically change your life style.
Everything but 1 & 2 above is myth and nonsense. If you really think you can do this without a lot of work and pain you will fail. Oh, I agree at your weight you must start with much less milage. Take it slow. Remember you are going to have to do this for the rest of your life. I'd also suggest you walk every day - even if on some days its only ten minutes. Good Luck.

You are not a heffer, so first get rid of that self defeating attitude. Yes increasing your exercise will help. At your wgt., 5 miles is too much to start with. Try a mile a day at first, and work up. Cut carbs, increase your protein, and drink 8 glasses of water a day. Also try to eat small portions every 3 or 4 hours. You may want to get a check up before you take on a new exercise prog. Also need to monitor your choleserol and glucose. It is not an easy prog., but YOU CAN DO IT! Good Luck.

hmm i personaly dont believe in teh carb diet because it restricts you to what food syou can eat. tahts not to say that it doesnt work, but i might recommend an alternative.
i lost about 50 or 60 pounds ( i didnt really keep track) on a diet where i eliminated all junk food, and ate many itty bitty meals throughout the day. i probably only got about 1200 or 1500 calories. i also went running. i was 235 or 250 wheni started. you'll notice i'm not precise on my numbers of my weight or what i lost, thats because, in this diet, i concentrated on how it felt to eat so little ( it feels great, you have more energy) and how it feels to get the exercise. the weight loss, was like a happy accident ;)

Whoa- if you are 325 lbs you haven't been walking at all right? please start slowly and work up to 4-5 miles a day so you don't get exhausted and give up.
You need carbs for energy. Balanced diet for the rest of your life is easier than such restrictions short term.
Good luck.

Muse track is robust different than the refrain that's undesirable. additionally as I reported earlier I have no pastime in unifying. i think like such an previous grouch approximately this band, while i grow to be youthful and greater idealistic I in all risk could have enjoyed this. After Rage against The device, i grow to be exceptionally suspect of all people advertising revolution. 30 seconds in and that i already like this different track greater helpful. And this is held up. upward push up And combat. The vocals in fool heart strike a cord in me of something else, i won't be able to place my finger on it. i like it, I wish i might desire to keep in mind. Plus then i could seem smart. possibly abused little ones will locate some variety of solace in this Eminem track and it could have a redeeming fee. fool heart Bible Black is one in all those incredibly cheesy slightly Satanic metallic track that I in basic terms consume up. King Diamond grow to be the best-ever champion of this variety of track. i like women individuals making a track in French. i presumed the hollow grow to be an intro that would desire to at last carry approximately some asskicking heavy guitars and screaming. i'm so happy it wasn't. Video woman. This Replay track makes me yearn for Sean Paul. you may desire to make the rap isn't what it was track. this is on website 3 of all underground rap contracts. i won't be able to even hear the vocals. they are like a murmur in the backround. this may well be a stable factor. the two songs are boring. We lost Sight. They play this Fireflies track on AFN each and all of the time. all people attracted to 'helping the troops' might desire to take that yellow ribbon magnet off their SUV and quite write their congressperson and insist AFN start up taking part in greater helpful music. i like falsetto (see King Diamond remark) and the twelve months I spent residing with this Greek youngster gave me an appreciation of electronica. Oh nooooooo. The Reeling.
