Hey Kayla good luck with losing your weight 300 pounds is pretty overweight I was 250 pounds at one time and if you exercise then you should not be saggy. I think that if you exercised at least 30 minutes a day at least 4 days a week then you should be okay again I wish you the best of luck. But you are wrong about one thing losing weight will not make you happy only healthy happiness comes from within

Most likely you will. You are very young, and your skin is still very elastic, so you have that on your side. Even better if you don't smoke. If you lose weight slowly, and exercise often while losing weight, that will help even more. But the reality is, being 10 stone overweight, if you get down to say, 13 stone or so, you will have sagging skin. I lost 7 stone and I had to get a tummy tuck and a breast lift because of the sagging skin that I had.

Exercise will help to keep your muscle tone and help you look and feel healthier.

Do some research into vitamins and supplements. I won't tell you what I am taking, so you WILL do some research, but there are such things to help with your concerns.

skin that has been over stretched from obesity always sags. But, obesity will kill you eventually, which is worse, saggy skin or being dead?
