Killing a chicken is killing a chicken .but killing an innocent human AT ANY PHASE OF HIS/HER DEVELOPMENT is killing an innocent human. Abortion is just a nice way of saying human feticide.

Chicken eggs that we eat are unfertilized eggs, so they would never be a baby chicken. It is like when women have thier period and lose an egg, which was not fertilized.
So go ahead and take my egg, but once it is fertilized and is a fetus, in my opinion it is a life.

Animals are not moral or immoral. They have no moral capacity at all since they do not have a spiritual nature and are not created in God's image and likeness. You really have been watching too much Chicken Run.

PLease tell me you are not comparing human life to that of a chicken. In the new testament we were allowed to eat any animal and not just a selected few things like before. Chickens fall inot the category of things we can eat. Humans do not fall into that category. Human life is precious. Chickens do not have souls.

People are made in the image of God. Chickens are not.
The bible says life is in the blood. When a BABY is aborted, blood is shed - innocent blood. The baby did not choose to die and couldn't speak for itself. Shedding innocent blood curses the ground we live on - shame on this nation.

I have often wondered how some people can argue that the morning after pill (taken up to 5 days after conception, before cells have specialized) is morally wrong yet hunting fully developed animals (with a heart and brain) is acceptable.
To each their own, I suppose.

Are you really comparing humans to a chicken? When chickens invent, drive, contribute to society besides delicious dishes, etc, then they can stop being considered food.

I suppose because humans don't scramble up as well with cheese as pre-chicks do.
