My uncle has been in a relationship for 15 years. They have three children together. His partner often hits him, she has pushed him out of a window on a two storey house, almost castrated him, pushed him down stairs, hit him over the head with dog cans, hockey sticks etc. If he tries to defend himself she calls the police and they believe that he's the violent one. I lived with them and saw all of this. He won't leave her even though at times he says he wants to.

Lately when she gets angry, if I'm there she will also attack me. Just the other night she picked up a shovel and went to hit me over the head with it. He grabbed it off her and stood between us so that she couldn't do as much to me. I ended up with concussion though from the amount of times she hit me in the head.

I don't want to make things worse for him but I don't think either myself nor him should put up with this. He's facing stuff that he really needs me to be there for but she's making it impossible.

Make sure the kids are home with the uncle and lure her out of the house and stomp a mudhole in her ass. Let her know you are gonna do this often if the violence dont stop. Get other family members to back you up on this.

This is NOT good for the children to be living in a disfunctional family. Someone is going be seriously hurt or even killed - I'm serious. Why are two grown men putting up w/this behavior from a female no less?! She is honestly a sick person, has an anger problem & who knows what else. This has to be stopped. Is she a drinker by any chance? The next time this happens, someone should call 911 & report a domestic problem. I don't know how owns the home, but she does NOT belong there. If Deyfus knew that situation, the children would not be living there! They would be taken away for their safety sake. Also, Deyful could be called anonymously & the situation be relayed to them. I don't know the kids ages, but they have a way of taking each one individually & questioning them. They would get the truth out of them. That would be your best bet in calling them & starting there w/the situation. The kids have to be protected, you men need the same protection. It would go to family court & she would be required to leave. You men would have the home w/the children. A restraining order would be issued against her & she could NOT break it or she would end up in jail. PLEASE do something before someone gets seriously harmed. Start w/the call to Deyfus. You could do it from a cell phone, a work phone or anywhere if you don't want it known it came from you. You're living a dangerous life & you shouldn't have to. Just make sure neither of you touch her so she has no come back on you. Let her make another move & then PLEASE do something about it. You asked, now do act on the advice you receive!

Hard as it may be, while you are at home, or somewhere else (perhaps a loyal friend or relative could help you with this), make the call to the police. Or some help agency. It may feel like betrayal, but think of it as a recue to your uncle. Concussions are serios!! And so is beating a spouce. If you were in your uncle's situation, wouldn't you be greatful if your niece/nephew recued you?? It's the right thing.
