Show up for the interview. When the transcripts comes up, admit that you don't have them and let them know when you will be sending them over. Make sure you follow through and get them there by the day/time promised.

Tell them that your transcripts are on the way and that you will deliver them within two days. You are getting updated transcripts from your schools due to fire? lost? dog ate them? water damaged for some reason.etc. Not that big of a deal. also there is a key phrase that most employers look for. I am not sure what type of job you are going for. so this might not apply but... the quote " I am a good judge of time and distance" sparks employers for some reason. If you can work it into the conversation smoothly give it a shot. Every time I have used it I have ended up with the job. Sounds weird but it works for me..

Show up. Tell the interviewer that you will provide transcripts if they are interested in you and either offer you a job or a call back for a second interview!!

Yes because if you dont show up, it says alot about your character. Its even worse not to call and say you werent going to make it.
What you can do is say, that your college requires a 7 week waiting period to submit official transcripts and then I would head up there immediately and have them mailed to the employer. This way your telling somewhat of the truth and then the employer receives it from the school.
Good Luck..

Call the employer in the morning. Tell him/her that you are looking forward to the interview, but are still waiting on the transcripts. (I don't know about high schools, but it takes more than walking in and asking for your transcripts to get them). Ask if she/he would prefer to go forward with the interview w.out them or reschedule.

Of course you should show up for the interview. Just let them know that the transcripts were not immediately available and that you will fax them the minute you receive them.

Yes....show up and apologize for not having them available. Tell the interviewer that your error was uncharacteristic and that you will have the transcripts forwarded right away.

Absolutely! Too many reasons to list, but primarily so that you don't waste their time!
Just tell them there was an office error at the school and you have to re-order these transcripts, that you'll have them in time of your hire!

No, those small tedious requirements are exactly a reason to weed out from the masses who apply. You have to do everything to the finest detail, and then it all falls on your open conversation interview. If you forgot your ssn card or whatever, you've been dinged already.
