okay, im trying to work out to lose weight, that way i can keep the weight off. and for the past month it has really worked, and i've seen a difference, but i've only been working our for about 3 days a week for 45 minutes. would it be better if i worked out for
a) 5 days a week for 30 mins, 2 days a week 60 mins.
b) 30 minutes the whole week
c) 45 minutes for 4 days a week

i really appreciate the help : )

any trainer would tell you to do cardio 4 times a week for 45min to lose weight
but you need to do also some light weight training to not lose muscle

Check out Charls Staleys EDT (Escalating Density Training) program. I use this with all my clients, the fat falls off....simply amazing
