Adam was the first to do this. I say this because, Adam was not ask, but commanded by Allah (GOD) not to eat the forbidden fruit. What did Adam decide to due?
Not judging against women because, in Islam man and woman fell, not just the woman.
He doubted Allah and this is the same as questioning in a way.

Moses?
Exodus 5:22 Then Moses turned to the LORD and said, "O LORD, why have you done evil to this people? Why did you ever send me? 23 For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has done evil to this people, and you have not delivered your people at all."
Habakkuk?
Habakkuk 1:2 O LORD, how long shall I cry for help, and you will not hear? Or cry to you "Violence!" and you will not save? 3 Why do you make me see iniquity, and why do you idly look at wrong? Destruction and violence are before me; strife and contention arise. 4 So the law is paralyzed, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the righteous; so justice goes forth perverted.
