No because the push-up is good for the triceps, abs and chest, sit ups are great for the pelvis not the stomach, you must do crunches for that. But if you wish to do a full body, make sure to include your chin ups, pull ups, so you can target those lats, shoulders, biceps and also it's good for the abs. And do the squats

First of all 100 repetitions is too high. Second add more exercises to work the rest of your body. for your lower body, add exercises like body weight squats, walking lunges, jump squats. Add some core exercises like plank, side plank or bridge. For your back try pull-ups if you have a pull up bar or dumbbell rows if you have dumbbells. Do no more than 20 repetitions. For example do 20 repetitions of each exercise no rest in between exercises. Then rest about 90 seconds and repeat the whole sequence 2 or 3 times. Last make sure you give your muscles 48 hours rest before working them out again. Do some other form of cardio the next day instead. Good Luck!

Well you kinda answered your own question! Since you're doing nothing for your legs, butt, back etc you couldn't possibly get a full, or total body workout by just doing push ups and sit ups. Throw in squats, lunges, step ups, pull ups (chins) to get more muscles involved!

no in order to have a full workout you must add cardio so add running for 20 minutes to your workout or riding a bike or going on an ellipitical.

They are good but they do not train your legs, back, or biceps.
