Though the sentence is rather mispelled its meaning it's very clear. However it's exactly the opposite of former answer....!!
This is the English translation :
"I don't know why people like me.... I'm nothing special"
while correct phrasing in Italian is
"Non so perché piaccio alla gente..non sono niente di speciale"-
I guess if you submit above English text to an on-line translator you'll get exactly the weird Italian sentence that you've posted in yr question...!!

Not spelled correctly but can still catch what the meaning is: "I don't know why people like me,,, I'm nothing special". It's a rather sad this to say because we are all special in our own way.

i don't know why the people "piace me doesn't make sense".. i'm nothing like special (also this doesn't make much sense..)
