I'm a teen who just lost 30 pounds and let me tell you I thought I had no will power but apparently I did to make it this far. My advice drink water before a meal this will fill you up somewhat. Also you can eat what you want but in moderation. Stay away from any white bread or pasta try whole whaet things instead. If your going to have a sandwich use one slice of cheese instead of two basically just cut down on what you would normally eat. Try not to eat close to bed time. When you eating stop every fw bites and think how do I feel and rate ourself on a scale from one to 10. 1 being starving and 10 being stuffed. If you give yourself a 6 or higher its time to stop. Before you eat something think is this really a good choice. Try things such as fruits for snacks. I also reccomend 30 minutes of cardio at least 5 times a week. ( OR MORE) and also lifting light weight and doing sit-ups. As you get better you can increase the number of situps you do. Good Luck! Trust me if I could lose weight anyone can.

First of all, it's a life style change that you have to stick too. Start off slow, eat healthier. That means cutting off soda, go for water instead. No fast food and only eat normal portions of your meal.

Soda is the worst thing you want to drink, and some juices too. Anything with corn syurp is bad, that just goes to your gut and that's not pretty. Sugars aren't good.

Be happy, if you plan to work out do it with a goal in mind. First set a goal, it can be something simple as, "I'll do a lap today". And find something that will push you forward. Start a journal and remind yourself when you go for that soda, or hamburger with extra fries.

You can eat 3 times a day, with 3 small healthy snack inbetween. Watch what you eat and if you count calories then do so.

Now on working out, what you want to do is at least work out 3 to 5 days a week. Each work out should be for about 40 minutes just to burn off those calories. Do both strength building work outs, using weights, etc. Then a bit of cardio, doing both of these will help.

Do start off slow. Don't work out too hard the first time around, you want to build to it. Also, mix it up a bit, do one type of excersie every other day.

When you do an excersie, do a set of 25. If you can do 25 push ups thats good, then slowly build up to 2 sets of 25 push ups. Push ups, crunches, running, jump rope, jumping jacks, and using weights all helps to lose weight.

But don't forget diet as well. Eating right, working out and enjoying life is the right way to go.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Did you know you can eat, and should eat rather than dieting? That will help you lose weight.
You can eat fruit, drink fruit juices, eat all the veggies you want, eat cereal. You can eat six small meals a day and snack on fruits and veggies in between all day long!! Walk a mile a day or swim a mile a day.

put all things that tempt you away or have your mom do it for you...dieting isn't a part time thing...a diet just means the food you choose to eat...so choose better choices...snack on carrot sticks or celery instead of sweets...changes like that will become a habit and you will lose weight at a healthy rate.

you could eat healthy like salads and also maybe try to do about 30-50 crunches on (on the ground or a big exercise ball). Also u could maybe jog to places instead of walking to the park, jog instead.
