MY dog is laying on the ground with his eyes rolled back and his tongue sticking out, whats wrong?

My question to you would be why would you ask strangers that question about your dog? A normal dog owner would get a professional opinion. Of course you are not asking serious question are you? If you want to prove to the world that you a maladjusted person then try stopping a moving bus with your face.

Does your dog have little gnats hanging around it? Have you checked to see if the dog is breathing?
Check for a pulse just like a humans, but using the paw area.
Is the dogd tongue wet or dry? If dry, is the eyes glassy looking? if so, sorry to say, your pooch has left this earth.

Well, on a guess I'd have to say he's either having a really good dream, or he's in real trouble. Sorry to be blunt... Call your vet, in case there is something wrong!!!

If it is hot in your area right now then it could be that your dog is very hot. I would have you dog taken to a vet right away because he may be dehydrated

I do not know because I can not see through the monitor. Sleeping or dead would be my guess.
