I think that atheists generally have better morals than theists, including Christians.

Religious people tend to be morally lazy, because they are spoon-fed their morals and discouraged from questioning them. Atheists tend to really think about what is right and wrong without such a crutch. They also tend to apply their brain to each situation instead of just levying blanket rules.

I believe that hell is the grave, and will eventually be tossed, along with everything that is harmful, into God's incinerator, which is "The Lake of Fire".
I believe that there are some folks who will be quite surprised to find that they are at the head of the line, waiting for the angel to toss them in, where they will die the second death...
And I believe that there will also be folks who will be quite surprised to find themselves at the head of the line to get into the Pearly Gates (metaphorically speaking, of course).
There may be a third alternative...since God is making the entire cosmos new...but I am not so sure about that, so I don't share that idea very often.
No need in opening my mouth and showing my ignorance, when I can keep it shut and keep you guessing, now is there??

;-D

Either way you are making your comparison to the wrong subject. We are all sinners in the site of God. The person that sins is already dead in the eyes of All Righteousness. In order to be worthy of heaven you can't just be a good person, you must be as perfect as God. That's why Jesus came into the world to take our sin and give, that's right GIVE us His righteousness. Having that perfection is the ONLY want to God. Without it even a small white lie is enough to make us a liar and damn us to hell.. Jesus stand close to each of us and holds out the gift of life to us. All we must do is receive it from Him. It's His gift is is offered freely. Please take it... Jim

Christians and Non-Christians are all sinners alike. It is just that a Christian has accepted the price paid by Jesus Christ to have his sins forgiven. They are sinners saved by grace. They still do stupid things, but if they have a passion for doing what God wants them to do, they start to live right and do right and think right. This transformation of heart happens immediately. The transformation of habits sometimes takes a lifetime. Christians are NOT perfect. By entering through faith into what God has always wanted to do for us—set us right with him, make us fit for him—we have it all together with God because of our Master Jesus. And that's not all: We throw open our doors to God and discover at the same moment that he has already thrown open his door to us. We find ourselves standing where we always hoped we might stand—out in the wide open spaces of God's grace and glory, standing tall and shouting our praise

God don't want to see anyone, Christians or non christian go to hell, I don't want to see anyone go to hell, and I am sure no one here wants to see anyone go to hell as well and that includes you so why would you want to say that. If we were wishing you to go to hell it would be very wrong, it would be judging others and who are we to judge and who are you to judge?

You are referring to people that call themselves Christians, but fail to live the part. None of them will go to heaven. A true Christian is called by Christ to love thy neighbor, and live a holy life. Those that fail to do this will not make the grade.

Who are you to decide who should go to heaven and who should go to hell? That's God's job. Not yours.
