Yes. Jacob and Rachel had two sons together: Joseph and Benjamin. Rachel struggled for years with infertility, which caused a lot of strife in their marriage. She finally had Joseph after almost 10 years of trying, and the birth was difficult. Joseph was born in Paddan-Aram (modern-day Iraq). After their large family moved down to Palestine (Isreal) Rachel became pregnant again, but her childhood nurse died. The new midwife could not help Rachel through her difficult birth of her second son, and she died soon after he was born. As she lay dying, Rachel named her son "Ben-Onni", or "son of my sorrow", but Jacob renamed the boy "Benjamin", or "son of my right hand".

Jacob's other 10 sons came from his first wife, Leah, and his wives two maidservants (who had become his concubines). Jacob also had at least one daughter, Dinah, by Leah.

Yes they had 2 boys for sure (the bible doesn't always list the daughters). Joseph and Benjamin were the two sons of Rachel.
