I really want to cut back on sugar and other high-carbs stuff. Is there any way I can replace the sweets or find something better and more healthy? If so, what?

Lots of fruit and gum. High carbs aren't bad. Who told you that

Try to stay away from high frucose corn syrup. Organic products usually have healthier sweeteners -- cane sugar, fruit juices. Good luck.

Try checking your local health food stores for healthier sugar alternatives. You'd be surprised what health food stores have and how knowledgable their staff can be when you're looking for a healthier diet.

Replace your regular sugar with Splenda.
