For me it's a tie between the Breast & wing. But if i had to choose one it would be the breast.

Thigh... Always stays moist and easy to eat since it's only one bone.

Breast is always too dry for me... the crust is wasted on the back of the breast since it's on the ribs at least with a thigh, you pull out the bone and there's no wastage of meat or crust.

Wing is good, but too much work.

Legs are good too, one bone, less crust wastage, but the meat can be a little stringy from all the tendons.

In conclusion, the thigh is the best.

The chicken breast is the part I would rather have. It is better for making sandwiches or other dishes.
