I would say stick to a soft diet as these foods would be less likely to aggitate your tonsils. Cold food such as popsicles, jello, puddings, ice cream will definately help as they are going to feel good against your sore throat. If your still in pain I would also suggest a call to your Doctor, maybe he can prescribe you something to help take away the pain, he also might want to do a follow up visit just to make sure you are healing ok, and not getting an infection, hope you feel better soon!

Any food that is soft and cold. If you like cold refried beans then you should be fine. Ice cream, and apple sauce are all good choices.

Stay with soft foods, ice cream, mashed avacados, potatoes, I think the beans are perfect, but not to hot, and lose the tobasco for awhile. Yogurt with soft fruits, meat loaf, chew well.
