Well the first thing that should happen is that the crew member involved should call the police swear out a complaint and have the little bastard arrested for reckless endangerment. On track incidents are one thing but when you point your car at another car while it’s sitting still on pit road with crew members around it that’s criminal! I’ve seen race car drivers arrested at local tracks and in other series’ for the same reasons and there’s no reason NASCAR can’t do it.
Second he should be banned from NASCAR period no ifs, ands, or buts. If NASCAR can throw out Tyler Walker and Shane Hmiel for drugs they can certainly throw Bush out for driving like he’s on them. Minimum suspension should be at least the rest of the season.
Third Miller Lite should fine him for making them look bad just like Home Depot did with Tony Stewart a couple of seasons ago. Then when he pays his fine they should pull their sponsorship and go wherever JR. is going next year! (Can you say BLUE nation?)
Anyway this is long enough. These three ideas are a good start along with the usual driver and owner point’s deductions and the fines.

1. The car and driver should be PARKED for the next 36 races (thats a full season). 2. Driver and owner should be stripped of ALL points earned thus far.
This would give Kurt some time to cool his jets...encourage Roger Penske to be proactive about the behavior of his driver...and encourage Miller Brewing Co. to be proactive in a manner similar to Home Depot (anyone remember Tony getting fined by his sponsor a couple of years back?).

I think they should stand him in the middle of pit road and let the drivers run over him. When the fun has worn off of running over his carcus then everyone should do snow angels out on the raceway in 100 degree weather as a reminder of how stupid he was.

Suspend him for 5 races, but make him show up at the track
and sell concessions to all the fans that help support his bank account. Take all the money that he would have earned
in those 5 races and give it all to the Victory Junction Gang.

What NASCAR always does. A slap on the hand and say bad Kurt. Then make sure the two drivers have no on track conflicts.

He's going to get probation for the rest of the year and a $50,000 fine (maybe 50 driver points) Miller Lite is a big sponsor and sitting a driver hurts the sponsor and that hurts NASCAR.
Just make him race in the dirt at Eldora against Smoke.

Make him serve as a member of the pit crew for a team on the Busch series and have him dodge cars like he made that guy do. I think that would be fair

Him and Stewart need to sit out a race or two. Yes, Busch was in the wrong, but Stewart doesn't need to do the things he does after something happens to him. Let Nascar take care of it. They do a pretty good job of doing it. Stewart has to try to take things into his own hands when something happens to him. That needs something done about it also.
