Kaezoo is most likely right.
Make sure your not loading the bridged amp lower than 4ohms. If so, which prolly is the case, the amp's 'low-impedance' protection will come on when the amp gets hot causing it to shut off until cool again.
You may need a diff. woofer with a 4ohm impedance rating.
Good Luck!

If your new Viper subwoofer is dual voice coil, and if you have the coils wired in parallel, then your amp is wired to a load impedance that's too low. A Pyle amplifier requires a minimum impedance of 4 ohms in bridged mode; a dual voice coil sub will typically present a 2 ohm or 1 ohm load when wired in parallel.
It's not unusual for the fuses on the amplifier to blow when the load impedance is too low, as it forces the amplifier's power supply to draw more current than it's designed for.

Supply a larger ground source. You are having too much of a draw in power.
