i have a lot of time . my school starts on August 23

Workout and watch what you eat. Seriously.

Depending on how much you want to lose, you should workout at least 3 times a week, doing cardio for about 30-60 each day, add in weights with your cardio workout. As you build muscle, you lose the fat.
Watch what you eat. Eat 5-6 small meals a day, heavy on the fruit and vege's, some protein and carbs, drink lots of water, lose the soda's and sugary juices like Capri Suns and Kool-Aid. Water is the best option. If you need something else to drink, Gatorade is good as it replenishes electrolytes that you lose while working out, just don't go overboard with the stuff, and tea is good to drink as well.
