I've always read that you cannot choose where you pull your fat from. Your genetics decides that. Just because you do ab exercise doesn't mean you'll lose stomach fat. You'll have to just keep losing fat in general until you look the way you want. You could just develop your ab muscles so they'll look better, but the fat will still be there.

I find the best way to get rid of stomach fat is running. I had a spare tire the size of a John Deere tractor tire and after forcing myself to run every night after work, and I do mean forcing myself, it took probably a month and I actually look good enough to strut once again. The more you lose, the easier it is and running naturally tightens the stomach muscles good. All this hype about diets and such is hogwash, You can eat whatever you want and never count a calorie as long as you burn off what you eat.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get stored in our fat cells. To shrink the fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. My skin has improved from the cleansing. It is pricey but worth it! I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. So many solutions... dude you are very younger. Don't say that "I am a scholar so I do not get time for some thing". You have always. Eat some thing you desire to. Just move external in night and play a few outside video games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket and so forth and so forth. Play up to you'll. Play soccer day-to-day for an hour or 2 and you'll be able to see the alterations.

Cardio 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Crunches won't cut it. Also, practice good eating habits.

My only solution was a tummy tuck. Because of my pregnancies my muscles were stretched & not diet or exercise would repair them. Good luck.
