How much would it cost to rent a banquet room at a hotel? Do they charge per table? How does the charging go? Thank you!!

it really would just depend on the venue.

a nicer hotel in a nicer area would obviously cost more than a smaller one, for instance.

call and get a few quotes.

You're charged per guest, and it varies, depending on where you live. I've seen it anywhere from $25 to $100 a head, and I'm an hour outside NYC.

Go to some of the restaurants in hotels near you, and if you like the food, inquire about the banquet facilities.

Depends on what time of the year you do it in. If you do it early spring or late fall, they charge a little less then in June which is the busy season for weddings. Hotels and banquet halls charge per person and on what type of dinner style you want.

They usually charge per room, then if they are supplying the food, that would be per person.

try contacting a vfw or moose hall they usually dont charge that much, as long as you use their bar for the drinks.
