Is cutting off the first dead end of hair a gradual, step-by-step process to developing the spirit of a homosexual?

Why are religions against women cutting their hair?

Can you imagine what a woman's haircut would have looked like back in biblical days? I mean, no scissors, very crude intstruments. It would have been so horrendous, as to be laughable. Suppose that's why mean didn't shave their beards either. Well, that was then, and this is now --- no longer relative.

Huh? My dear, what's that stuff you have been smoking and where can I get some? I had a rough day at work, and I could really use the occasional delusion right now.

I do not know what religions you are talking about, but I think I have only heard of a few very odd sects that require women to keep their hair long (although even they permit them to cut split ends). I am not a theologian, but I studied church and religious history in graduate school, and I have never known a religion that claims homosexuality is related to getting a haircut. Does that also apply to men?

BTW, hair is dead substance. Only the roots (those are in your scalp) are alive. "Dead ends of hair" is really a pleonasm, because all hair is dead.

A woman's hair represents her femininity.
Its one of the qualities which separates man from woman.
We should stop all this stupid non-sense of turning boys into girls..
I do not mean that women can't be police officers or hold men's positions; Quite the contrary, I am talking about philosophical differences.
Its our attitudes that separate us into gender roles.
Having said that, feminism has been turned on its head.
Instead of a man being the bread winner, women are now the bread winner.
Most of the ads on TV mock men.
Why you ask?
Well, for a long time women were abused in relationships and raped rather easy within the past 20 years.
The N.O.W has tried many ways to protect women from inequality.
What better way then to demonize what a man is.
His masculinity. tell him he is in essence a little boy who can't control his penis.
Say a man wants to be the bread winner and thinks his wife should be a stay at home mom.
Society says he is what???
A bigot for wanting to enslave women.
What if a woman wants the same thing??
She deserves it, men are pigs!
Double standard, by default, men can't hold positions on equality because its a women's issue.
Instead of discussing a mans view, he is told he is wrong for thinking like a man.
What if other problems were dealt like that, example:
Your a white man, you don't understand racism.
Your a Muslim, you don't understand what equality is.
Your a drunk, your nothing but a piece of low life trash that can't think.
Its called Marxism.
If you disagree with me, you are wrong.
Your opinion doesn't count because you are a racist.
Feminism has become what it distastes.
Anyway, religion is setting a symbolic standard for gender roles.
What would happen if women started having beards?
Would you endorse it?
Would you laugh?
You would most likely turn in disgust and say that is not a womanly thing to do.
Just like religion.
God Bless

I have no idea where you would have gotten this idea from. When you say "religions", which religions are you talking about? I know that in the Bible it says that women should not cut their hair somewhere, but it also goes on to say that a man should not try to dress like a woman, and a woman should not try to look like a man, etc. Basically what it is saying is that you shouldn't be a transvestite. Cutting your hair (even short) does NOT mean that you will become homosexual or even that you're trying to look like a man (there are plenty of pretty and femenine short hairstyles out there).

ok - i really thought i have seen every kind of question, but this is a new one.

cutting your hair doesn't make a female a homosexual.

back in the olden times, a females hair was their "crowning" beauty and to cut it was a sin. that is why some religions still today don't want their women to cut their hair.

the quantity your hair grows has no longer something to do with the priority on the ends. it incredibly is going to advance in simple terms as speedy. yet you're taking the prospect of the splits travelling up your hair shaft which will propose it incredibly is incredibly no longer healthful and who needs long risky hair.

What?! I am christian and I have my split ends cut so my hair can grow. My hair is naturally curly and thin at the same time so it doesn't grow fast. You my dear are generalizing. Please refrain from doing that as to not make yourself look like an idiot.

You've lost me there! I guess you mean the butch look, it's a bit disturbing to see a woman in dungarees and cropped hair denying her femininity when she isn't a dyke, you just figure she's maybe lost interest in herself.
A lot of girls look really cute with cropped hair, it's not what you do it's the way that you do it I guess..
Religions..they are nuts anyway.

You found the gene! It's in the hair! Oops, some homosexuals are bald, some are not.

What kind of nonsense is this? It is a serious illogical stretch of the imagination for starters... or are you just trying to whip up a load of anti-LGBT sentiment?
