Hypoallergetic and fragrance free soaps are your best bet.
However, bar soaps tend to be really harsh.
Stick to baby wash or Cetaphyl.

Clinique has a three step system that has a soap, toner and lotion. Will runn you about 50 bucks, but well worth it.

What you put on your skin goes in your body.
I am all about labels and use Arbonne or Berts Bee.

Dove is just plain excellent! it works well. my doctor told me to use it for washing my face. i did and its worked well. i use it for my body too.
