I mean, I grew up catholic, and in the ten commandments it says not to idolize other Gods because he is a jealous God, but also in the bible it says that jealousy is a sin, well i have heard it is. Also in the bible it tells us not believe in our dreams because they are for fools, isnt most of the bible made from apostles dreams? if im wrong please correct me...

1. God is a jealous god because there are others like him. The hebrew word for god is Elohim (a plural word which should translate GODS) and in the they indicate this where is say "let us make man in our image & likeness" when reffering to 'God' creating man. Also u cannot get jealous of anything less than yourself, only what is equal or greater than u.

2. If god says this about himself, he admits to not being able to control his emotions which i honestly think he has a problem doing. Cause when found out about the golden cow in Ex-32, he was going to kill the Israelites but Moses told him to 'repent' in verse 14 and he did. Moses was a psychiatrist at this point for God. And by GOD's repenting, it is an indication that he can make a mistake thus he can sin...and jealousy is one of his weaknesses.

3. Dreams can be visions but dreams are personal to each of us. To a Rasta, dreaming a white horse could mean victory cause he saw on a cover of an album from Bob Marley a Rasta man riding a white horse fighting a dragon.

To someone recovering from cocaine, dreaming a white could mean cocaine wants to come back in their life. It all depends on how one interprets images in their mind.
