it starts to rain very heavily. By the time he gets home the man s clothes are sopping wet but noy a hair on his head is wet. He wasn,t carrying an umbrella nor wearing a hat-how come?

Was he wearing a toupee, a rug, a head thatch, a dead rat, a magic carpet all the names for a bald man who wants to think he still has hair who are they kidding??????.He takes of the rug when he gets home thus his hair is not wet it is the rug that is wet.

The answer is very logical.The man is bald, so he doesnt have any hair to get wet, but that took me a little while to find out. Good one!
