You need protien to build muscle, but really not very much... about the equal of 2 eggs a day. You need those 2 eggs worth about 12 hours apart, or you start to convert muscle for other protien needs in your body.
If you want to build muscle you will have to work for it, and be sure not to skip breakfast, or you will be eating it back off.
Swimming is a great way to develop overall muscle, so is tai chi or roller blading. There is some exercise that is pleasant and accessible to every person. find yours and GO for it!

Nothing will do that. The thickness of wrists is mostly determinged by the bone structure the size of the rest of the body can be increased by weight lifting. I assume you did not just want to make these areas fatter? A lot depends on your genetic potential and your age.

When you eat you cannot target specific areas where you will get fat. What you wind up doing is getting fat all over.
Perhaps you could try working out with weights, etc. That will build muscles which is better than fat. A trainer could help you with what exercises to do to build up those areas you are concerned about. You can add to your chest. but if you are a girl it won't help your boobs. Good luck!

You don't want to put on weight by overeating. Try lifting weights. They will build muscle in those areas if you do the right exercises.
