I’m sure a lot of them work but their not worth the risks; heart problems, nervous disorders and that just a few. Just try to cut back on your eating a little and try to stay away from junk food as much as possible. Also drinking lots of water helps. Soon after your stomach will shrink and you’ll be less hungry. Exercise at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes; walking is good but anything that gets your heart pumping will work. Just don’t starve yourself and don’t over do it on the exercise. Remember you want your heart pumping and to be able to breathe properly; if you’re gasping for breath you’re over doing it. Keep yourself hydrated while working out by drinking lots of water. Good luck.

If "diet pills" actually worked, why are there so many of them?
Why do they have to work so hard to advertise them? If they *did* work, they would pretty much sell themselves.....

Note: The only drugs that I know of, that are pretty much guaranteed to make you lose weight, are the addictive or illegal ones. The reason you lose weight, is that you spend all of your money getting high, or else you just stop caring about food......
