This saying basically says the more I know or am involved the better I can help. Its something like tell me and I will do it, show me and I will get it, involve me and I will understand. Can anyone tell me how it goes?

"Tell me and i forget, show me and i remember, involve me and i will understand" is likely a translated chinese proverb
possibly originated in native american texts... "Tell me, and I'll forget. show me, and I may not remember. involve me, and I'll understand".
the quote was popularised largely by Benjamin Franklin and is now used by many schools as a framework for teaching
