The whole concept of atheism is that you actively don't believe in God, so thus, God actively is not speaking to you.
Take this as a way of understanding; if a giant invisible mouse was talking to you, but you didn't believe in it, is it still talking to you?
If everyone else says that the giant mouse is talking to you, do you think you'd listen? Or would you think everyone else is a little bit deluded? After all there is no evidence that the giant mouse is talking to you; there's no giant mouse droppings and you don't get a twitchy feeling like there are whiskers on your face when you talk to it. So is it there?
Faith that there is something bigger than you is what is required to believe in a God, and atheists don't have it.

You sound schizophrenic if you can actually hear voices in your head they have pills for that and a nice jacket to go with it. If god is talking and he is talking just to you then like all the other people in the bible that god talked to we as a society are supposed to lock you up. and give you all that hardship and adversity for you to overcome.Right? We might put you in a book or something one of these days.and we will all continue to argue about it for a millennium Religion is so crazy like that.

Don't they all sound so smart? Um hmmm. Some real smart fellers they is. Anyway, they hear voices but they think it is their own voice they hear because they're all so smart. I think one of them even mentioned it - the one who looks like an alien. You know what though, if they're so dang smart why do they all get so upset when you talk about their spelling? Oh dear Jesus, show them the way to the real you - the one they don't know because of the PEOPLE who prostitute your church.

Did you know that the language center in your brain generates speech and brings it to your consciousness? It's been speculated that only part of our species is yet evolved (genetically or culturally, or a combination thereof) to recognize this "voice in our head" as our own, and not of some outside agent such as a god.
