good abs in like 2 weeks? im going on Vaca (im going to be in a swimming suit almost the whole time) and dont have nice abs. im not fat, but u can tell i dont work out my abs. i do have an exercise ball....will that do anything? give me some tips plz!! thanx!

and how many show i do? well what i mean is, on my exercise ball, how many should i do in one day? o yeah, and any GOOD website will be ok to.
im 5'4"
and weigh about 113 lbs

Forget the ball, the Military has proven for 200 year that all you need to do is "Push-ups, Sit-ups and Running. If you want to use the ball, then kick it as far as you can and then run and go get it!...Repeat, then Rinse!

You can't get good abs in only two weeks.

That is too short of a time to do anything in a healthy manner.

You can do crunches, twisting exercises, and leg lifts from here until you leave and all you will do is make your stomah sore.

Here are the bad things you can do.

Reduce your fluid intake and start running to sweat out all the fluid in your body.

If you have access to a sauna sweat the fluids out of your that away.

I don't recomend water pills or diuretics but they will also drain you of excess fluids.

Then you should consider going to a tanning salon and darkening yourself. It will give a slimming effect to those looking at you.

Of course the simplest solution is to buy a new swimsuit.

The right swimsuit can make you look the way you want to feel. If you think your's makes you look budgy then find one that makes you look sexy. With your height and weight that should not be difficult at all. Try a two piece where the bottom drapes a bit and the top creates an avenue to your face rather than your breasts. It is easier than exercise and healthier than losing water weight.

Heres what you can do. Try doing crunches with your back on the medicine ball. Your body will be more unstable so your abs will have to work harder to keep you up, therefore youll get toned abs in a lot less time than doing traditional exercises(one thing to keep in mind-crunches arent effective on the floor for most people because they dont do them right, and they usually end up using their back muscles instead of their abs).

if you want good abs in 2 weeks, which is a really short time, you'll not only need to excercise your abs for at least 20 ish minutes a day, but also eat healthy, and cut back on some junk food or whatever.

its hard to say how much you should do, but to get instantly flatter abs, limit starchy carbs, do 30ish like half and hour before you go out in your swim suit to tighten your abs, and stand up straigh with your shoulders back so it's engaging your core.

otherwise, jsut go to like seventeen magazine or cosmopolitan websites to get like daily workouts, or liek the fitness magazine
