Mouthwash or any sort?

No, absolutely not - Listerene will not help remove dandruff! In fact, since most of their mouthwash has alcohol in it, it will make your dandruff worse. Even the ones without alcohol will do nothing for dandruff.

Stick to the shampoos that are specially-made for dandruff, like Head & Shoulders or Selsen Blue. They have a special medication that fights off dandruff. And lately they are making dandruff shampoos that make your hair shiny or thicker - lots of varieties for the different things we want for our hair (except dandruff).

Don't know, I'd keep gargling with IT.... but dandruff is a sign of a lack of zinc in one's diet! Speak to a health food store manager, and they can lead you to a proper supplement to help you with it and make it go away. Look for zinc rich foods in the mean time, and use that blue shampoo for dandruff-Head n shoulders-you will see the ingredients include Zinc!

NO!! This is not true. However, a good home remedy to remove dandruff is SEA BREEZE. Soak a cotton ball and part the hair in small sections applying the sea breeze directly to the scalp.
