I want a perm without having to spend money and going to the spa. I also dont want to use kits and stuff. Shampoo products and stuff like that is ok though. I SERIOUSLY NEED HELP!!!!!!

WASh n curl products or i dont know exactly where u can get them but u can get do it yourself perms. like do it yourself highlights buts perms

Wash and curl product, yes, but also the basic cut can make all the difference in the world! If hair is too weighted down it won't show the potential curl that a, let's say, a layered look can--the layers can float and breathe, not be weighted down with the top hair upon it. If you have a Dimensions, a Fantastic Sams, or any of the cutting chains, they cut a decent cut for under 15.00 and it will be so worth it to you to gain what you are looking for! honey there is no way either u go 2 the spa or to the store. ur hair needs the chemicals that r put in a perm

Just go to a regular hair cutting place. Most places do perms. or if you want a super cheap perm go to a beauty training college, and ask them.

you can make it curly with gels and junk or just curl it with a curling iron, only way id know how without kits
