My wife is convinced that I did the wrong the by her because I didn't buy Tylenol brand with 500mg of Acetametaphin but Care One brand with 500mg of Acetametaphin. Is there and difference or just the packaging and marketing

You are correct in your thinking. It is the same chemical and strength in both. Tylenol, you are paying for the name and packaging. Care One brand will be just as effective as Tylenol. Acetaminophen is acetaminophen no matter Which the brand. 500mg is 500mg. I wish more people would understand this. Then, maybe we could put the pharmaceutical companies in check with their outrageous prices.

1. The difference between the 2 is that the acetaminophen is just a little bit stronger than tylenol. 2. It most likely says take 2 tablets every 6 hours because it is a bit stronger. 3.Yes, it is alright to 1 every 2 hours but its not recommended. I mean it wont kill you or overdose or anything like that. The most it would probably do is at MOST give you an upset stomach or something slight in that area.
