is there a pill that helps lactose n tolerate people? i heard from someone that if u take it before eating something it works but i dont kno the name or if it even exist? if anyone knows plez let me know thanks

There are commercially available lactase enzyme preparations (LACTAID or Lactrase) that reduce symptoms in some people, but the enzymes don't work well for some people.

I would suggest eating healthier. If you are lactose intolerant, then I would be eating or drinking any dairy. You should go to your local health food and see what they say.
