A few months back, and just recently; I have been having these 'day dreams' only I am fully aware of everything aound me, and this little sequence from a past dream is playing out in my head. It's not even a bad dream.. it has something to do with corners and people watching me from heights, I dunno I seem to forget every thing that happened as soon as it ends. Once it has ended I feel rapidly ill and feel like bending double; i'm breathing much faster, and am often told I have really staring eyes during an 'episode.' Anyhow, do yall' have any ideas what this might be? It's been going on all this week really badly, and I got little sleep last night, which was when I had this really bad day dream sickness thing :/

The first two answers didn't explain the cause of the problem. A day dream is controllable and recall-able. It sounds like an hallucination but why it might make you feel ill and have a panic attack, especially since you say you don't clearly recall them, I don't know. About 10% or more of the human population report having hallucinations but only 1% are diagnosed with a mental disorder. It might be a seizure and in any case, because it is having such ill effects on you, should be reported to a physician for explanation and possible treatment.

I'm sorry I can't be of more help. I am schizophrenic and have had very violent hallucinations but they didn't make me feel physically ill. They are manageable with medications. Good luck, good health, peace and love!.

Yeah I think (I am not sure but), God is watching you and probaly said something to you in your dream. Some how, he may be angry at you because you did something wrong. If you fix the problem, maybe he will forgive you and make you feel better.

It sounds like it could be a panic attack, but it's hard to tell since we don't know you in person or know anything about you. Please see your doctor.
